This package includes a 1 hour consultation where we do a walk-thru of the house and make recommendations on how to improve the perceived value, perceived size and highlight the best areas of the home by making a few changes, utilizing what is already in the home!

In addition to that, we offer a room by room written report to help you stay on track and give you additional info to be ready to list and get top dollar!
